Saturn Titan & Rhea-
On the
15th of February 2009. 10-inch Sky-Watcher Newtonian and GSTAR-EX (ProStar
RGB filters). I was a little disappointed I didn't have everything
set-up early enough to grab a view of Titan's shadow transit in full
but the view was fantastic all the same in this late stage.

Saturn & Titan
On the 8th of February 2009
this among several others within a sequence was taken with the GSTAR- EX camera and
true tech RGB filter set through thin hazy skies. It is not the shadow of
Titan but the disk of the moon itself.

Saturn & moons - unfortunately Iapetus was too far outside
the field of view of the GSTAR-EX camera for the image to reveal 7 moons. |
